The Korky 2000BP Classic Toilet Flapper is engineered for older toilet models that use 5 or 7 gallons per flush. This 2-inch flapper is designed to stay open longer than standard flappers, making it ideal for vintage plumbing systems. The larger ball design helps the flapper stay open longer to meet the needs of 5 and 7 gallon per flush toilets.

The flapper's flexible red rubber construction creates an airtight seal against the flush valve opening, preventing water from leaking into the bowl between flushes. The removable collar design fits both brass flush valves (found in older toilets) and can be adjusted for plastic flush valves (common in newer models), making this a versatile repair solution for both old and new plumbing configurations.

Features and Benefits

  • Chlorazone Red Rubber: Resists chlorine, bacteria, city water treatment chemicals, hard water, and well water to deliver long-lasting performance.
  • Larger Ball Design: Engineered to stay open longer for 5 and 7 gallon per flush toilets.
  • Universal Valve Compatibility: Removable collar attaches to brass flush valves and adjusts to fit plastic flush valves, covering both old and newer plumbing styles.
  • Tight Seal: Flexible rubber creates an airtight fit to prevent water waste between flushes.
  • Complete Kit: Includes one flapper and one stainless steel chain for immediate use.
  • 5-Year Warranty: Backed by manufacturer coverage for peace of mind.
